Strength Level Zero / Strength Level One
The psionic ability to interact with the minds of others allowing the user to read, transmit and even manipulate the mental processes of other sentient beings. Initially, the user is only able to read the conscious, or surface, thoughts of one other character by actively establishing a telepathic connection through which the thoughts are transmitted from the target to the user. The intended target must be in the immediate vicinity (same thread) of the user. A second telepathic connection cannot be created until the first one has been ended. The power is activated through a conscious act of will and there are no time limitations. The connection will be ended either when the user decides to dissolve the connection voluntarily or they are incapable of maintaining the link any longer (i.e., they are knocked unconscious or killed).

Strength Level Two
The power has now progressed to the point that the user is able to transmit their own thoughts through the link, creating a one-on-one interaction that occurs exclusively in the mind. All other limitations remain the same at this time — only surface thoughts can be read and only one telepathic connection can be created at a time, which must be ended before another can begin.

Strength Level Three
Users are now able to establish connections with two individuals simultaneously, interacting with each one separately or acting as a bridge between them, allowing for all three minds to "merge" into one consciousness. The power has also progressed to the point that the telepath is able to delve deeper into the mind, reading subconscious thoughts and intentions as well as memories. All other limitations remain the same.

Strength Level Four
The ability to alter perception develops at this stage, allowing the user to craft temporary illusions that last for three consecutive in-character posts made by the target. These realistic illusions are both visual and auditory in nature, planted within the target's mind making them extremely difficult to break. However, another telepath stands a fairer chance than most of freeing themselves from the grips of a telepathic illusion, especially if they are of a higher level.

Strength Level Five
Most limitations remain the same for this level. The only exceptions being that a maximum of three individual minds can be tapped into simultaneously and the user is able to permanently alter the memories of others. Memories can either be altered directly or be hidden beneath false memories created by the user. These alterations can only be detected and restored by another telepath.

Strength Level Six
Telepaths at this level are capable of focusing the totality of their psychic power into a physical manifestation, known as a "psi-bolt". This psychic attack does not harm an individual's physical body, but it is capable of stunning a person for up to ten consecutive in-character posts — dependent upon the telepath's will — as well as wiping the several minutes of the target's memory (preceding four individual posts made by the target). Other telepaths have some defense against a psi-bolt and are only affected for half of the intended time. The user is also able to connect with up to five individuals simultaneously under the preciously mentioned conditions. Telepathic illusions will last no more than five consecutive in-character posts.

Strength Unlimited
When a telepath reaches their zenith, they are capable of several powerful feats including being able to connect with up to ten individuals simultaneously; craft illusions that last twice as long as before (ten consecutive in-character posts); utilize their psi-bolts to stun a character for up to fifteen consecutive in-character posts and/or wipe memories spanning the previous six individual posts made by the target; and exert complete mental control over any being below their level, forcing them to act, think and speak in any manner they desire.
